Rank sparsity is a modified algorithm which has Robustness to grossly corrupted observations. Conventional rank sparsity algorithms are based on batch optimization and have to load all the samples into memory. Therefore, conventional algorithms require high computational complexity so that those cannot be applied in real time. In this paper, recursive algorithm for rank sparsity is proposed to update new data without loading and processing all data. This algorithm reduces computational complexity significantly when updating new data with a little performance degradation.
