Weight cycling (WC) which is repeated body weight loss and gain is a general phenomenon in the most human dieter. In the present studies, WC has morphological and immunological effects on progression of obesity. Recent studies suggest that there can be adaptive effects of WC mice eWAT like immunization in classical immunology. In addition, it was reported that WC induces memory T cell properties. However, there is a lack of knowledge that the adaptive mechanism is working on re-exposure to high fat diet. The aim of this study was to find adaptively amplified modules and genes on WC in epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT). In our results, WC induced severe immune cell accumulation in eWAT.
