Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD) represents one of the most advanced surgery. Nevertheless, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy has become increasingly popular. Our aim was to describe the feasibility and early outcomes of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy at a single institution. We retrospectively reviewed the records of 10 patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy at hallym sacred heart hospital, Korea between September 2015 and February 2016. After laparoscopic resection, an end-to-side pancreaticojejunostomy, and an end-to-side hepaticojejunostomy in proximal to distal manner, were performed intracorporeally. And then, an end-to-side duodenojejunostomy and an side-to-side jejunojejunostomy were performed extracorporeal. There were 16 patients in this study.
