초록·키워드
The purpose of this article is to suggest implications on activation factors of innovation cluster to have an positive effect on growth of start-ups. For suggesting implications, this study conducted a literature review for the theories of innovation cluster and start-ups. The first activation factors of innovation cluster were classified into institutional, physicals, and social factor, and 14 secondary factors were extracted from a literature review. The result of AHP were as follows. First physical factor is most important among the first activation factors. Second fund for establishment is most important among physical factor, and network is most important among institutional factor, also a culture that encourage start-ups is most important among social factor. Third, fund for establishment is most important among the 14 secondary factors.
