In general, international broadcasting produces many educational programs for those who want to learn the language of the originating country. In this manner, KWR (KBS World Radio), an international broadcasting station in Korea, also provides Korean language programs geared towards foreign learners. The goal of this study is to determine to what extent KWR’s Korean lessons for French students can be used as a tool for Korean students who study French. To achieve these goals, this study first analyzes the educational programs of international broadcasting. Second, we examine the advantages of the KWR"s Korean lessons as French education programs for Koreans. Finally, this study proposes effective French learning tool-models that take advantage of the KWR"s contents for French students. The results of the study may suggest that KWR’s Korean lessons for the French can be useful for Korean learners who want to learn French
