The goal of this study was to analyze of active seniors leisure smart device using intention by using extended technology acceptance model with focusing on leisure engagement. A total of 220 questionnaires were collected from active seniors who participated in leisure conference or local welfare center. Data were analyzed by Windows SPSS 24 and AMOS 20.0. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, active senior’s leisure engagement had a statistically significant effect on perceived usefulness. Second, active senior’s leisure engagement did not have a statistically significant effect on perceived ease of use. Third, active senior’s leisure engagement had a statistically significant effect on using intention. Fourth, facilitator had a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction. The components of the technology acceptance model showed a statistically significant relationship with each other. Therefore, it is very important to increase leisure engagement of active senior to use leisure smart devices.
