초록·키워드
With the acceleration of global urbanization and the deterioration of urban ecological environments, urban parks play a crucial role in enhancing urban settings, enriching the leisure life of citizens, and preserving local folk cultures. The sustainable design of urban parks is not only significant for enhancing the city’s image and the living quality of its residents but also has a profound impact on the urban ecological environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for the regeneration design of urban parks by researching theories related to sustainability, urban regeneration, and urban parks. Firstly, through literature review and preliminary research, the study delved into the concept of sustainability, the characteristics of sustainable design, the concept and characteristics of urban regeneration, as well as the concept, development, and case studies of urban parks. This exploration aimed to clarify the theoretical basis and direction of the study. Secondly, the evaluation elements of sustainability and urban regeneration, along with the considerations for urban park design, were extracted and analyzed to establish their interrelationships, forming a preliminary system of evaluation indicators. Finally, two rounds of surveys were conducted with 16 experts in relevant fields to verify and analyze the appropriateness, effectiveness, and objectivity of the evaluation indicators by utilizing the Delphi method. This process resulted in the derivation of a set of urban park regeneration design evaluation indicators encompassing 14 specific items across three dimensions: physical environment, social economy, and historical culture, which provides foundational data and theoretical guidance for future urban park designs.
