This study explore the perception of professional baseball field personnel on the KBO League Automatic Ball-Strike System. The research method was conducted through in-depth interviews of semi-structured and unstructured interviews targeting professional baseball field personnel. Official press releases from the Korea Baseball Organization and the Korea Professional Baseball Players Association, newspaper and broadcast interview materials were analyzed. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for deciding whether to introduce it to other leagues, and to suggest implications as a key issue that will bring about gradual changes in the domestic professional baseball operation system. This is the only data for achieving optimization of the Automatic Ball-Strike System and will serve as a standard for introducing a new Automatic Judgment System in professional baseball. It will also serve as basic data for establishing a plan for the promotion and development of domestic professional baseball. The results of this study are as follows. First, in Automatic Ball-Strike System adaptation, research participants recognized role changes and psychological stability. Second, in the Automatic Ball-Strike System evaluation, research participants recognized improvements in fairness, consistency, and accuracy, and imperfect standards and systems. Third, in the prediction, research participants recognized system settlement and system expansion.
