The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a surge in demand for contactless services, resulting in the rapid adoption of kiosks. While young users, such as university students, are familiar with the digital environment, there is a lack of research examining the psychological factors that young users perceive about kiosks and how their kiosk usage habits affect their intention to continue using them. This study aims to identify key antecedents influencing university students' continuance intention towards kiosks. We analyzed the impacts of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and self-efficacy on users’ decision-making processes. Furthermore, the role of habit on the formation of continuous usage intention was examined. The research model was tested with 189 university students. The analysis revealed that perceived usefulness and self-efficacy play a crucial role in shaping user’s continuance intention to use kiosks. While habit significantly influences perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and self-efficacy, it did not significantly affect user satisfaction and continuance intention. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications and future research direction.
