Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate key factors influencing on individual’s using Personal Mobility and main context of use, for the purpose of enhancing its usability and safety. Background: Personal Mobility has been widely recommended and selected as a mean of transportation not only for its convenience and portability, but also its eco-friendly aspects. However, there have been several issues safety and ‘Ease of Use’ of the personal mobility, it is encouraged to study the attributing factors of Personal Mobility through User Experience evaluation. Method: Online review crawling has been conducted for 6 representative types of personal mobility products on sales at Amazon.com. More than 8,689 reviews are crawled, as of January 2014, every single review consists of review date, author ID, reviewer’s score(stars), and review context. In analysis, at first, principal and keywords have been selected through drawing sub-structural features via Topic Modeling based on LDA algorithm. And then, for investigating user’s satisfaction and sentiment (positive or critical) against the products, the review contexts are classified by reviewer’s score and Word2Vec imbedding and several of clustering methods are applied.
