The case studies of Safety Accident in the Marine Sports and its countermeasures were examined in detail. Its results are listed in 8-categories described as follows:
Firstly, one of the most important things as the countermeasures on all kinds of safety accident is the method through the appropriate Training and Education.
Secondly, we strengthen the safety training and education and must try so as that the precaution guidance and checking on all kinds of accident in the business places can be universalized.
Thirdly, we must consider the execution of system which issues the license only when we finish the more strengthened safety training and education.
Fourthly, we must execute the drinkingand high-speed control in the seaside through the marine policeman more strongly in the full seasons of Summer and the increasing of manpower and guard ship is required in the administrative scope.
Fifthly, the safety personnel must be dispatched more in the place at which many persons enjoy swimming in the full seasons of Summer and many watch towers must be set up in the places which the accident is caused more.
Sixthly, we must make the marine sports to be enjoyed only in the places appointed.
Seventhly, the motor vessel related to the marine sports should be obligatorily insured.
Eighthly, it is required that the strict controlling on overloading at any times, with regard to all kinds of vessel, the ordinary investigation on the performances of safety regulations & rules, strengthening of Safety Consciousness, and the checking on the setting-up of safety equipment should be taken into account.
