Objective: This study investigates factors affecting usability of various mobile money transfer services and compare them through analyzing the problem related to the service in terms of usability. Background: With the development of FinTech, various banks and IT companies have provided services on money transfer which show significant differences in their procedures and security. Such differences lead to inconveniences in use for customers and difficulties for companies in finding strategies to gain competitiveness. To solve these problems, it is necessary to analyze the usability aspect of mobile transfer service. Method: We utilized interviews and review data to identify the factors affecting usability for mobile transfer service.
