The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship among the style of leadership of the sports administrative organization and organizational culture and organizational efficiency.The subjects of this study were collected 311 workers in sports administrative organizations.The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the styles of leadership had been developed by Hersey & Blanchard(1974, 1977, 1982), and the organizational culture had been developed and used by Im(2001). And also the organizational efficiency had been developed and used by Jung(2001) and Mowday et al., (1979).The statistical methods such as Multiple Regression Analysis, were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal.From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions :Firstly, there are showed in the relationship among subvariables of styles of leaderships of sports for all workers, organizational culture, and job satisfaction.Secondly, there are showed in the relationship among the subvariables of styles of leaderships of sports for all workers, organizational culture, and job commitment.
