Computer, Internet and Cellular phone are a palt of our lives and core factors that make the world proceed. Now we are faced with Ubiquitous society in which we can access any information and get any service regardless of who we are, where we are, and any devices we have. Ubiquitous is a revolution, meaning the change in paradigm beyond the technical progress like information and communication computing environment. But, there is lack of understanding about the meaning of ubiquitous, what will be changed in ubiquitous society. In this study, we will reconsider and discuss what ubiquitous is and which characteristics ubiquitous society have and which service will be provided in u-City.
