Does the competitiveness of our Information and Telecommunications Equipments Industry have problems in viewpoint of export and import? If it has problems, what are those? Can we identify in detail where the problem will be? In this paper we deals with the above issues and suggest an analysis tool to narrow the scope of the place where the problem is to be emerged. Some characteristics of this analysis tool are figured out.
