Objective: This research was conducted to propose a new user experience analysis framework based on Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis. Background: Through ABSA-based user review analysis for electric vehicles, we extracted components and attributes, which are the main aspects of the vehicle, and implemented UX analysis framework based on user sentiment prediction modeling for each extracted element. Method: The research method was conducted in the order of data collection, pre-processing and feature creation, aspect extraction, and Lexicon-based sentiment analysis according to ABSA framework. Aspect extraction was conducted by Text Rank and Naïve Method. For data collection, a total of 5,065 review data, evaluated on a 5-point scale for user satisfaction, were collected from a representative automobile forum, and about 210,000 data were collected from Youtube.com, of which 6,488 were selected, limited to reviews containing only UX-related vocabulary. Based on this, the sentiment analysis for each element was conducted through the sentiment analysis of the sentence containing the selected aspect.
