This study predicts that workplace spirituality, as perceived by foodservice employees, will increase workers’ organizational citizenship behaviors and job satisfaction, and aims to identify the structural relationships of this causal model. A total of 230 foodservice employees received questionnaires. According to the results of this study, workplace spirituality that was positively perceived by foodservice employees had a positive effect on their organizational citizenship behaviors. Specifically, meaningful work and the alignment of values increased their organizational citizenship behaviors. This suggests that when employees perceive that the purpose of their work is clear and the values of their work match their own values, they are more likely to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviors. In addition, foodservice employees’ organizational citizenship behaviors increased their job satisfaction, which implies that employees who are good at helping their peers, superiors, or subordinates voluntarily, regardless of the official compensation provided by their organizations, have high job satisfaction.
