This study conducted an empirical analysis on 392 daycare teachers to identify the relationship between the Authentic leadership of early childhood education institution directors, job crafting, self-efficacy, and organizational attachment of daycare teachers. As a result of the study, first, the director"s authentic leadership had a positive (+) effect on daycare teachers" self-efficacy, organizational attachment, and job crafting. Second, daycare teachers" self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on their organizational attachment and job crafting. Third, daycare teachers" organizational attachment had a positive (+) effect on daycare teachers" job crafting. Fourth, the self-efficacy and organizational attachment of daycare teachers showed a mediating effect between the director"s authentic leadership and the daycare teachers" job crafting. As such, it was found that the director"s authentic leadership had an impact on job crafting, so authentic leadership education, not formal leadership education, should be strengthened.
