The methods for determination of fives pesticides in pepper were modified and developed by using gas chromatography coupled with electron capture detector (GC-ECD). The analytical columns were HP Ultra-2 for myclobutanil, pyridaben, and tolyfluanid and HP-5 for fenitrothion and folpet and the method performance data are presented. The sample extraction procedures were carried out by homogenization the sample with acetonitril, and followed by partition and/or cleaning-up using florisil gel. The average recoveries (n=3) were ranged from 90.2% to 105% with standard deviations less than 9%. LODs and LOQs were below the corresponding MRL values of the pesticides, established by Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA), thus the methods were reliable. The method ... 전체 초록 보기
