The development of mobile telecommunication is emerging as a means of payment by replacing cash and credit cards. Information exchange is regarded as the most important communication system in conforming valid users. The most efficient means of securing information applies cryptography, which relies on small size information and demands its strict management. It is crucial to distribute key to cryptographic communication receiver without exposing key to the third party.
