3D imaging system based on integral imaging technique is composed of lenslet array and pickup device. Due to the physical size mismatch between them, the relay devices are used and then calibration stage is needed to correct their distortions. In this paper we propose a calibration method of elemental images by using the surface markers on the lenslet array. To show the usefulness of the proposed method, the preliminary experiments are carried out and the experimental results are presented.
