The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence career-planning on career-satisfaction and career-commitment. The object of studying is sport center employees of multi sport center which are located in Seoul city, Gyeonggi-do. For the final analysis, 199 materials were used. For the statistical method for material process, multiple regression analysis was used and the results are as follows. First, career-planning had a positive impact on the career-satisfaction. Second, career-planning had a positive impact on the career-commitment. Third, career-satisfaction had a positive impact on the career-commitment.
