    Venturi meter is used in various aspects of the industry because it is capable of measure mass without being influenced by a kind of fluid, temperature, press, and so on. Multiphase flow has great non-uniformity as the flow having more than two phases compared with single phase. The flow of liquid having vapor is a representative case of multiphase flow and it produces non-uniformity according to the ratio of the vapor. Especially, the local change of density is inevitable as the flow section because of the high density difference between liquid and gas. Therefore, it is uncertain to measure multiphase flow using Venturi meter. On this paper, numerical study about multiphase flow in a venturi was conducted. A scheme that can be used in numerical analysis of multiphase flow was selected. The selected numerical schemes were verified through comparison with experiment data. In addition, the cause of uncertainty for measurement was deducted by analyzing flow in a ventury.
