    As a residential air-conditioner was spread widely, customers needed to more functions not only cooling function but also dehumidification due to wet weather. Also, inverter-driven air conditioner was more concerned about thermal comfort and indoor air quality. In this study, inverter driven air-conditioner which has a dehumidification mode was measured the mean room temperature and humidity compare with cooling mode. In order to simulate real installation condition, we investigated the mean room temperature and humidity in cooling mode and dehumidification mode using a model house. As decreasing the humidity, thermal comfort was improved. The dehumidifying efficiency of dehumidifying mode was 2.7 times higher than of cooling mode.
