This study and previous studies have analyzed the existing on-site working status and working conditions of living Sport Swimming leaders to approach other qualitative research methods, suggesting improvements to the working environment and working conditions of swimming Instructor for the profession as a social status secured was trying to, these studies concluded Swimming map below for the purposes of this study to provide a basis for its relevant are listed below.
First, to improve the treatment of the swimming sport, living on a map of the five factor working environment (increases the conversion rate system worked full-time, Director of facilities, welfare and rest facilities) improvement, job satisfaction, and the ability of each individual as a professional for the kidney, physical education majors transition to system administrators, insurance (salaries, promotion), education, work experience, qualifications and advanced non-members due to the differential distribution of my conservative, according to the study, diplomas, degree course for your expertise and support policy initiatives that are required.
Second, the above prerequisites life worked for the sport on a map of treatment conditions should be improved. In order to do that, by default, leader qualities (expertise, leadership, integrity, the former calendar, readiness, etc.) will be required, in the other side of the swimming program to organize further diversification, and the existing distribution of zero-time withdrawal of an existing membership re-registration, solicitation and by preventing increase of new members will be able to expect. Finally finished the national health promotion (one sport sports participation) and a risk factor for the award in order to be able to expect the phenomenon of suppression and, in the long term, invests and life of the population participating physical education swimming increases the population would bring.
