Most studies of temperature and concentration measurement using tomography are measured in a small flame field or minimum measurement range. In this study, the tomography technique was applied to a large scale experimental device that simulates an SCR device, which is different from previous studies. The internal temperature and concentration of the electric furnace were compared with the value of T/C and gas analyzer. In addition, the internal temperature was analyzed for accuracy using error calculating methods such as eT, SSD, and ZNCC. In the measurement of the non-uniform temperature inside the electric furnace, the reconstruction value and the T/C measurement value showed an error rate of about 18% (eT: 0.183). SSD and ZNCC obtained about 0.0594 and 09783 values, respectively, when using the initial MLOS. NO concentration values according to time showed deviation rates of 18.52%, 33.63%, 12.78%, and 34.31% for each section. Through this study, it was possible to obtain a temperature value similar to the internal T/C of the pilot scale experimental device. In addition it was possible to confirm the change in concentration with time similar to that of a gas analyzer.
