Fundamentals of bubble dynamics are important for many applications such as cavitation, underwater explosion, ultrasonic cleaning, shock wave lithotripsy, and exploration of marine resources with an air gun [1]. In suitable conditions, during bubble collapse, the inertia of the surrounding water causes high pressure and high temperature, reaching around 10,000 K in the interior of the bubble, causing the ionization of a small fraction of the noble gas present. Chemical reactions cause nitrogen and oxygen to be removed from the bubble after about one hundred expansion-collapse cycles. The bubble will then begin to emit light [3]. The light emission of highly compressed noble gas is exploited technologically in the argon flash. The emission of light when a bubble collapsed is known as bubble luminescence [2,3]. A bubble can be introduced into the liquid by laser, spark charge, or an ultrasonic standing wave. With a bubble induced by laser or spark charge, the light is emitted at the first collapse and no more due to the reduction of bubble energy in shock emission. This phenomenon is called Single Cavitation Bubble Luminescence (SCBL). Meanwhile, with a trapped bubble in an antinode pressure of an acoustically st ... 전체 초록 보기
