In this paper, we focus on the 〈2nd Basic Plan for the Promotion of Spiritual Culture〉 In order to promote humanities and spiritual culture, this Plan need to extend the part that continues the context of the first basic plan. It is unclear whether the attempt to approach the issue of loneliness through forums, base centers, psychological experts, etc. Additionally, it should be reconsidered that most of the emphasis in globalization plans focuses on Korea’s traditional culture. The source of today’s Korean Wave is the Korean expression of the contemporary consciousness that people around the world sympathize with.
Based on this awareness of the problem, the promotion of humanistic spiritual culture is expected to submit a policy created with a balanced sense that is based on a posthuman consciousness of the times and at the same time secures a humanistic and reflective perspective.
