In this paper, a hydrodynamic circumfluence simulation system has been developed based on systematic study of various hydrodynamical factors of harbour, including conjunctive action of current and wave, the shear stress of wind action. the influence of wind driven current, and the transportation and dispersion of sediments etc., Some unique techniques including topographlcs smoothing. overbank flowing numerical filtering. auto-adjusting of roughness were sdopted In this numerical simulation. and ADI method was improved in sweep by two-direction and two-step scanning so that this numerical simulation have the superiority of high accuracys quick convergency, goood stability and universal adaptability. The establishment and applications of this simulation system provide. effective method of simulating and scientific quantitative has for the prevention and comprehensive engineering rectification of water pollution and eutrophication of harbour basin.
