BAM (Business As Mission) is the system which makes new vision, is filled with new mind and follows new summons according to purpose and perspective of God"s nation. That is, there is no purpose with benefit for mission and it is the way it carries out the ministry of the Gospel which is preferred as a mission and business. But because in the previous research, it shows pros and cons with one company from missionary perspective, we need to find out if BAM is an effective way objectively. That is, we need to figure out performance effectiveness as a business rule from the managerial perspective.
Accordingly in this research, we figured out the advantage and disadvantage as managerial perspective and analyzed actual examples of BAM. Although BAM could have weakened the true purpose due to pursuing benefit too much, we figured out from BAM it is effective from mission itself which is economically difficult to improving company value and the missionary who performs this in the missionary area. Also it showed positive result when we analyzed the company performance which carried BAM. In other words, carrying BAM is a valid way as managerial perspective. However, since mapping out a specific plan of BAM is not completed, the instruction center and associations should be made. Also while we could measure the managerial result, it is not enough to measure missionary result. So we suggest building the device of measuring achievement.
