    Code modulation visual evoked potential brain computer interfaces (cVEP-BCIs) using pseudo-code modulated stimuli have been proposed and exhibited high information transfer rate. Canonical correlation analysis (CCA) is often used for a spatial filter of cVEP-BCI. However, for shorter code cVEPs, CCA is sensitive to the delay of measuring. In this study, we propose a spatial filter using a correlation between the code correlation function and a correlation function of the filtered EEG signal. Experimental results demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.
