초록·키워드
The purpose of this study was to investigate the coordination features of lower extremities during drop landing by the different jump height. Twelve male college students were recruited and instructed to perform double-leg drop landing from 0.30m and 0.60m height. A three dimensional motion capture system was used to obtain kinematic data. Coupling angle was derived from two adjacent joints with a vector subtended two successive time points, and categorized into one of the four coordination patterns. Length of resultant angle was calculated by the resultant distance of angles at the each point on an angle-angle diagram. Pronation angles of ankle joint were increased at the time of maximal knee joint flexion during the landing phase, flexion angles of knee and hip joint were increased at the both time of intial contact and maximal knee flexion as the jump height was increased. The lengths of resultant angle were also increased by higher jump height. The coupling angles were significantly decreased on the out-phase between knee and hip flexion. This result indicated that with regard to sagittal motion of knee and hip joints in-phase of coordination was increased while out-phase coordination was decreased when the jump height was increased. In conclusion, the magnitude of lower extremity angles was increased, and the coordination pattern of knee and hip joint was much flexed simultaneously during landing phase of drop landing by increasing jump height.
