Purpose: Auditory stimulation reinforces various aspects such as learning, cognitions, and emotions, not only the role of stimulus-response. Hearing aids and cochlear implantation are common for compensation of hearing losses. The fitting- /mapping of these devices plays a very important role in aural rehabilitations. The aims of this study is to contemplate hearing aid fitting error that is not modified in spite of regular relationship, formed by continued long-term follow up observation. This study also to take opportunity to think about a role of speech language pathologist who has many chances to get in touch with people with hearing loss, based upon trust.
