This study explored the solutions to cyberbullying among middle school students using focus group interviews(FGI). The main results of research are as follows. First, according to the awareness of adolescents about behaviors of cyber bystanders, victims were found to experience psychological shock due to the behaviors of followers. And also, victims suffered from psychological wounds due to the behaviors of outsiders. Adolescents thought that bullying could continue through the behaviors of both followers and outsiders, in the other hand, recognized that the bullies could stop their bullying through the behaviors of defenders. Next, solutions to cyberbullying recognized by adolescents were divided into six categories, including 1) reporting and monitoring of chat rooms and bullies, 2) legal action and prevention education, 3) intervention of teachers and strengthening of psychological counseling, 4) intervention of bystanders, 5) responses of victims, and 6) getting rid of schools and smartphones. Effective solutions were discussed based on the problems recognized by adolescents.
