The conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone play a crucial role in hair baldness. Recent approach showed specific inhibitors for 5a-reductase and androgen receptor promoted hair growth in male pattern alopecia. The purpose of this study was to investigate the in vivo effects of complex extracts from Chrysanthemum zawadskii, Mentha piperita and Glycyrrrhiza glabra (CMG) on hair growth growth by regulating androgen signaling proteins. We investigated the effects of antioxidant activity, Androgen signaling pathway proteins, inflammatory cytokine proteins analysis to determine the hair growth effects.
