    As the e-Commerce and Smart Logistics rapidly grow up, the new advanced digital transformation technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Block Chain have propagted in logistics industy. While introducing the automated system, most of companies have faced several problems related to investment for developing and operating systems. Especially, these problems may have great negative impact on stability of system operation, operational efficiency of processes, collision or bottle-neck effect among operators, customer satisfaction, and expected profit. Thus, in this research, we have proposed a simulation framework to support the decision-making process which aims to introduce automated systems. Also, we have compared the performance based on the optimal operation plans and the corresponding cost by considering the structure of the fulfillment center and the required number of automated robots. With the proposed framework, it is possible to support the reasonable decision-making process to introduce automated systems and robots in fulfillment centers.
