    The Bayer array is fundamental in color imaging, enabling efficient snapshot captures and resolving image registration issues. Despite its widespread use, the array’s application in specialized cameras is constrained by significant information losses due to color filters and Infrared Cut Filters(IRCF). Addressing these limitations, many studies have introduced RGBW and RGBN arrays that incorporate either a full-spectrum White(W) channel or Near-Infrared(NIR) channels without an IRCF, termed Multispectral Filter Arrays(MSFA). We propose a novel demosaicing technique that utilizes spectral difference and residual interpolation to iteratively estimate the Pseudo Panchromatic Image(PPI), significantly enhancing the array"s capability to retain information. This iterative approach ensures the efficient utilization of multispectral input data, maintaining the advantages of the Bayer algorithm while substantially improving image quality. The effectiveness of our method is validated through testing with RGBW and RGBN datasets.
