In this paper I examine indoor thermal enviroment according to the
variation in the position of insulator, that is, to the variation
of heat capacity. The thermal environment is examined on the
quantity of heat capacity, heat capacity, time-lag, decrement
factor, the variation of in-door temperature, ventilation and MRT.
The method insulating the wall outside is suitable for the
residential buildings and the wall inside is suitable for the
non-residentiol buildings, nemely, auditoriums convention halls,
office building, etc.
