For the analysis of the thermal performance of the panel,
the thermal characteristics of the panel was considered to
be important. Therefore the temperature distribution and
the mean temperature of the panel surface were evaluated
through the simulation with the variation of the design and
control parameters including supply water temperature, tube
spacing, tube diameter, thickness and conductivity of the
material. The results of this study will be used to develop
the design standards of the prefabricated ondol systems.
