The Temple Keumsansa is one of the oldest ones, and its main
building is recognized as one of the outstanding architectures
in Korea. Even though numerous buildings more than eighties
were existed in the Temple area before 17th century, most
buildings have been disappeared gradually except three.
Nowadays we can only imagine that the exterior space of the
architecture of were well organized harmoniously at that times.
However, it is hardly appreciated the value of spatial organization
of the Temple because required buildings for appropriate layout
were not existed. According to the remained records and visual
analysis for this study, I presumed the original building layout
for the better appreciation of its spatial organizations.
As a result of this study, it shows the building layout(fig.6)
which could be presumed as a original pattern.
