In the planning of reasonable schedule for the assigned duration,
the contractor must consider, in advance, the overall articles
of project planning such as quantity, labor and construction
method, and the contingency time for the factors accidently
affecting to the project such as weather condition, delay of
procurement and approval of drawings in order to prevent damages
by delay of project duration.
Therefore the purpose of this study is to contribute to the
efficiency in project management by researching and suggesting
a new application method of contingency time to be considered
in the planning of construction project.
