Recently the construction industry in our country demands unique skill and know-how because of
gigantic scale and high stories of buildings, and industrialization of construction worth. Awarding by
accuracy of it and surveillance is increasing importance. Hewever, it contains danger of flimsy
construction because systematic construction management and surveillance carry into effect in
most of construction. In the site of it the purpose of study is to find out a cause and a solution
centering around case of flimsy construction which is watched in the public and found in the field.
The extension of study is tried deliberating around the flimsy construction of roads, bridges and
buildings. The method of study is around the big and reported accident as well as present condition
and case of the flimsy construction. And this is investigated closely an important effect to society of it
and the site of penalty rules and law system until now. Eventually, the study consitutes notional
sympathy about prevention of flimsy construction as well as basic materials for preservation and
banishment of the flimsy construction is significant.
