People have mental or physical factors which help themselves to adapt to environment, but they have the limited ability of physiological or psychological stimulation or information. Therefore, there is limit of information which can be dealt in given time.
If we get too much information, it could cause confusion when we accept information. And if not, it could make us feel boring and the possibility of making mistakes would be increased.
In this research, to analyze input information of stimulation when we get light signal for outer-stimulation, we measured the reactive time requires when an input information is transferred neural circuit and makes fingers move.
