The integrity evaluation of stud bolts on high temperature and pressure are to minumize accident during operation. It should be evaluated and compared by ASME Code criterion for integrity evaluation. So the results for bolt analysis should be observed by ASME Codc Section Xl IWA-4450's design criterion. The procedure of Code case-496 has to be applied to damaged female threads for repair. It is exchanged the stud bolts for cover of pressure vessel according to recommendation of the manufacture company easily after some period operation(cycle). But the female threads for cover of pressure vessel is to used without evaluation and analysis continuously. It is following to manufacture recommenation criterion for female threads which is damaged over 10% untill now in general. we have analized stress distribution for female threads using FEM It has been done analysis by condition of imaginary damaged female threads of the stud "untill three threads( I 0%)" under the same model and condition in nuclear power plant. From analysis results, we finded that it need repair when damaged female threads is over 10% same as recommendation. It was also re-confirmed to safety for Heli Coil method using FEM. The final purpose is to predict and ensure integrity for male. female threads after Heli Coil maintenance according to ASME Code.
