To improve scheduling and costing at the construction industry, the precast concrete is gradually being required. But
because of its drawback, precast concrete industry is declining at the construction industry in Korea. Therefore to
overcome drawback, this study examines development of history at the precast concrete in Korea, and proposes the plan
for improvement in the construction precast concrete industry at Korea. In order to propose this, the past's researches,
records, papers, and case were inspected and questionnaires were collected about residential people of precast
concrete(PC) and reinforced concrete(RC) apartment and construction managers. This study concluded that, in order to
make the growth of construction precast concrete industry in Korea, new hybrid-method of precast concrete has to be
applied at construction, and new policy of precast concrete should be made by government.
