To develop patterns of functional and good-looking knitwear for women in their twenties, this study selected a test pattern from 3 existing knitwear patterns through a preliminary wearing test. conducted wearing tests, and sensory evaluations three times to review and improve the pattern, and presented a pattern of knitwear for women in their twenties,
1. Considering room for ease of movement the research pattern adopted the girth of a bust 8/4 +0.5cm and the girth of a waist W/4 +0.7cm, but the girth of the hip of H/4, the actual measurement without extra room. The most appropriate back width was back width/2 +0.4cm, and the neckline receded by 0.3cm from the side neck paint at 8/20 + 2cm. The center back length and the hip length were lengthened by 1 cm and 0.5cm. respectively. because they would shrink vertically due to the horizontal extension. The side dart was shifted by 1 cm toward the front sag. The armpit paints were lowered by 0.5cm. and the front width of the armholes of the sleeves were cut by 1.3cm, and the back width by 0.5cm so that the line of the armholes of the sleeves ran naturally.
2. fts the width of the armholes of the sleeves was judged to be large according to the result of sensory evaluation, the oblique line was shortened to AH/2, the horizontal length of the highest ridge of the sleeves to the length of the sleeves/10, and connected 1cm UP and 1.3cm down on the bisecting paint so that the armholes of the sleeves were finished naturally. The most appropriate height of the sleeve ridge was 13.5cm. and the extra length of the girth of the wrist was 2.5cm.
