My major concern for the thesis that is "A Study of Accommodating C.C.M(Contemporary Christian Music) in the Worship" . Keeping up with the rapidly changing society in these clays, the church must take charge of continuous and diverse missions for contemporary people through unceasing its self-renovation. I am Opera musician and I have committed myself to God's calling by living my second life as a minister. I wrote my dissertation entitled "The Effectiveness of Church Music on the Congregation" as a graduation thesis at graduate school, which was
about the importance and efficiency of church music as well.
Andrew Wilson - Dickson stated in the introduction of <The Story of Christian Music> that music is "so powerful a thing that it ravishes the soul. "53) He was right. Music has a dynamic power. Thus if the power will be used properly, it insists a great achieveirent. This is why C. C. M is so important. Making goxl. benefits from music purifies society and promotes individual belief and morality so that we can have happier life and more glorious faith.
The fundamental power of C. C. M to move and propagate "comes from the fact that C. C. M is based on religious experiences and testimonies." The true value of C. C. M lies in that it is a living music composed of ordinary r.roPle's testiImnies in their daily lives.54) Therefore, the touching experiences are expressed in singing, and the listeners are also greatly Imved. This is the evidence that C. C. M is a living and vital music.
The objective of the present thesis is to help C. C. M to be in hanmny with existing church music, and be accepted in Sunday worship. However, the space is insufficient to deal with all of the extensive areas of church music and C. C. M. Thus the scope of the research is limited to the question, "How is C. C. M utilized in Sunday worship?" C. C. M acceptable to worship at Korean church

M, to understand demands from church, avoiding conflict with the doctrine of the Scripture, and maintaining hammy with other functions in worship.
