But it is cleared that a founding core group of Wiman - Choson, the chinese immigrants and a Old - Choson people undergoing to be subjected by Yen(燕) and Ch'in (秦) state, assumed the reins of government. The king of Wiman - Choson was an absolute monarch, Irrespectively of his/her nationality and blood, being a government official of Wiman - Choson was to pledge allegiance to the king without exception.
