After the opening of the official diplomatic relations between Korea and China, economic and commercial exchanges between two nations have been enlarged and deepened in spite of two years of short period. In 1993 our international trade to China has been amounted 9.1 billion US dollars export amt. 5.2 bi!, $ , import amt. 3.9 bi\. $), which resulted China our big third foreign market. Also, the Korean enterprises have invested 570 million US dollars into the China Market in 1993, which resulted China our biggest investing country.
This paper aims to suggest strategies for the Korean enterprises to launch into the China Market. For the study of these strategies, the analysis on the structure and characteristics of China Market has .been researched in general. Together with this, investments systems, managements and on the spot environments have been investigated.
And the recent situation of commercial activities by Korean firms in China has been viewed through writer's on-foot investigation to the China Market. Through this investigation, the problems and difficulties of our enterprenours have been confirmed lively.
Finally the strategies, ways and means for our firms to enter and enlarge the share of China market are suggested as follows.
1. To propose the ways to adapt the Korean enterprenours to the Chinese cultures & customs.
2. Suggestion of consideration matters during business negotiations with Chinese.
3. Establishing the export marketing strategies targeting China market.
4. Formulation of investment strategies into the China Market.
5. To make a trade policy recommandation to the international commerce authorities concerned.
