The feasibility study can be valuable tools to enhance project success. Increased knowledge of successful decision making could foster the feasibility study and use with substantial benefits resulting.
Objectives of the study are to offer guidelines for a selection of construction site and identify a array of decision elements of project.
This study is provided at the same time as the research of the relevant condition to architectural legal basis. Investigation of architectural legal contents shows that decision making levels of IDEF. is related with hierarchy of applicable legal items. The sample application of IDEF. methodology is generated using data from construction site of Mokcheon, Chungnam.
Finally, an expected range of potential information system is derived from the analysis of architectural legal contents.
The legal information system is necessarily in the order of magnitude because of the abundance of factors yielding a better managed project.
